Products bought on RIDEOO are eligible for RIDEOO service.

Services offered by RIDEOO to our customers include:

  • Warranty service
  • Parts replacement
  • Repair of purchased goods
  • Maintenance of the purchased goods


If you have found a defect on the product bought from RIDEOO or the product needs repair/maintenance, we will organise delivery of your product to our service center for diagnosis (1-2 days after receiving the product).

  1. Once the assessment is done you will be offered possible solution options, including timing and costs.
  2. After receiving your affirmation, our master will start with the repair of your product.
  3. Repaired product that is ready for the new rides will be delivered to you via our courier partners.


Shipment and delivery of the defective product is paid by the sender (10 EUR for two ways for the Baltic countries).
