About 70 km can be covered in one charge. Hydraulic disc brake, 10-inch wheels and suspension with shock absorbers and an extra seat provide a feeling of comfort. Battery warranty is one year, or 2000 km converted to distance. It is possible to buy an additional charger and reduce the charging time up to 2 times. If you have found a defect on the product bought from RIDEOO or the product needs repair/maintenance, we will organise delivery of your product to our service center for diagnosis (1-2 days after receiving the product).

  2. After receiving your affirmation, our master will start with the repair of your product.
  3. Repaired product that is ready for the new rides will be delivered to you via our courier partners.

Shipment and delivery of the defective product is paid by the sender (10 EUR for two ways for the Baltic countries).

Return


1. You have the right to cancel the contract without an explanation of the reasons within fourteen (14) days.

2. The right to refuse will end after 14 days from the date when you or a third party purchases the goods, except for the carrier and the person you indicated, received the goods in possession.
